We have only one body and is supposed to be respected as it is part of nature. Naturally we walk, jump, run swim and more.
At the same time we carry groceries, babies, children and other things we actually throw inte backpacks. Meaning that our back is stronger. Our back is not supported by shouldes but waistline. The Pelvis. Mbereko has got these characteristics for carrying a baby, toddler and preschooler without a parent feeling any pain in the shoulders, back or anywhere else.
